Special thanks to the nursing staff on ward B3 Stepping Hill Hospital, the Reverend Val Hindmarsh for her kind administrations, and the Co-operative Funeral Care Stockport for genial efficient services. A special mention must also be made to all at Carpetright for their kind and magnanimous deeds at this very sad time and the Anchor Inn Hazel Grove for their hospitality.
